Information we process
We store account details, password hashes and session records; uploaded-file references; generation settings, job status and result links; and purchase and product-credit history. Session cookies keep you signed in; a language cookie remembers the interface language. During language switching, current photos and settings are temporarily retained only in this tab’s memory. The browser stores request IDs and temporary upload references to recover an interrupted flow. When you continue with Google after choosing photos, local copies of both selected photos and your scene and frame settings are saved on this device for the sign-in redirect. It is removed when restored; abandoned copies expire for recovery after 20 minutes and are cleared on your next visit. Google sign-in shares your Google account profile and email with us; your photos are not sent to Google by this sign-in flow.
Where your photo goes
Our server validates and re-encodes your photo before sending it to KIE’s upload and generation services. Metadata is stripped during re-encoding. Those services process and temporarily host the input and result, and their retention policies also apply. We do not publish your uploads in the example gallery. An externally hosted file URL is not a promise of private storage.
Payments and retention
Stripe processes card details; we store transaction identifiers, amounts and credit adjustments, not card numbers. Financial and job records are retained for support and reconciliation. Provider download links can expire. Contact support for access or deletion requests; records required for accounting or unresolved transactions may need to be retained. When enabled for the deployment, Google Analytics and Plausible collect usage information. Google Analytics may use cookies.
